DO YOU HAVE A STORE?

WHAT CURRENCY IS USED ONLINE?
All pricing is listed in AUD.

 

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGE?
Yes, of course! We offer refunds and exchanges on full priced items. However if you have purchased a sale item, they can only be returned for an exchange or credit note.

 

HOW QUICKLY DO I NEED TO INFORM YOU OF MY INTENT TO RETURN?
We need to be notified within 7 days of you receiving the item. Don’t panic! Once we are notified you are given another 7 days to get the item back to us!

 

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
If the dress is unworn and tags still attached, you are eligible for a return. Make sure you contact emily@pasduchas.com.au requesting an RA Number. Fill out the provided returns form and return item to PASDUCHAS - A2.1 15-21 Doody Street Alexandria NSW 2015.

 

DO YOU OFFER REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS?
Sorry ladies! We do not offer refunds on sale items, however we do offer credit notes & exchanges.

 

DOES MY CREDIT NOTE EXPIRE?
No! But they will be reissued if the item purchased using it is returned.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
AUSTRALIA Flat rate $9.95 INTERNATIONAL Flat rate $25.00.

 

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
If your order is placed Monday through Friday before 3pm it will be dispatched that same day. We send all parcels within Australia with Express Australia Post. International parcels are sent with Express DHL. AUSTRALIA Metro Areas 1-2 business days Rural Areas 2-3 business days INTERNATIONAL 3-5 Business days.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER?
Contact emily@pasduchas.com.au If your item hasn’t been dispatched already we can update it accordingly.

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS & DUTIES?
We ship from Australia, so if you’re an international customer you are responsible for customs & duties within your own country. For further information, we recommend contacting your local customs office. PASDUCHAS is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.
