RETURNS, EXCHANGE & CREDIT NOTE POLICY

We want you to feel completely supported when choosing your Pasduchas piece. While we don’t offer refunds on change-of-mind or incorrect size purchases, we happily provide store credits and instant exchanges to ensure you find the perfect fit and style with ease.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

  • We do not provide refunds for returns, including change-of-mind or incorrect size.

  • We offer instant exchanges through our returns portal. You can exchange for a new size or style instantly to the same value or less than the original purchase price (any balance will be issued via a credit note).

  • If you wish to return your item for a store credit will be issued via email. Store credits are valid for 12 months.

  • Returns back to Pasduchas are at the cost of the customer (you can purchase a return shipping label via the returns portal for a flat rate of $13.50 - AUS orders only).

  • Returns must be lodged through our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns will not be accepted unless lodged through our returns portal.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • If you have received a faulty item or believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately. (Please note: incorrect fit or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.)

INSTANT EXCHANGES - AUSTRALIAN ORDERS ONLY

We now offer instant exchanges via our returns portal. This allows you to exchange your size or choose a new style instantly.

If you choose to exchange or use your credit to shop, the following will apply:

  • A $1 AUD pre-authorisation will be held on your card, No money is taken, it’s only reserved. If your return is not received within 14 days, you will be charged the full value of your instant exchange or new item.

  • Exchanges are available for an alternative size or style to the same value or less than the original purchase price. Any remaining balance will be issued via a credit note.

  • Limit of 2 exchanges per order.

  • Please note we offer complimentary shipping to send out your exchange.

To enable your instant exchange to be sent ASAP, you can purchase a return shipping label via the returns portal for a flat rate of $13.50 (Australia only).

NON INSTANT EXCHANGES

  • Please note we also have a regular exchange option that will not require a pre-authorisation to be held on your card. This exchange will be dispatched once the original item is received.

CREDIT NOTES

  • Credit notes will be issued via the returns portal and emailed once approved.

  • Credit notes that are not linked to an instant exchange will be issued once the return has been received and inspected.

  • Credit notes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Credit notes have a 12-month expiration from the date of issue.

  • If you have misplaced a credit note issued to you, please email info@pasduchas.com.au

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We gladly offer exchanges or credit notes for international customers. These must be actioned via our returns portal.

  • Returns and exchanges shipped back to Pasduchas are at the customer’s expense and must be purchased outside the portal.

  • Exchanges shipped back to the customer will require an additional shipping fee, charged during the exchange process via the portal.

  • If you require your exchange to be sent prior to us receiving the returned item (e.g., you need it for an event), please reach out to info@pasduchas.com.au

  • Credit notes will be issued as outlined above.

SALE ITEMS

This applies to items marked down or purchased using a promotional code.

  • All sale items (not marked Final Sale) can be exchanged for another size/style to the same value or less than the original purchase price, subject to availability—or returned for a credit note.

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

PRE-ORDERS

While Pasduchas encourages you to secure our often-limited products, we ask that you commit to your pre-order. We do not accept cancellations once a pre-order has been placed.

Please consider all factors before finalising a pre-order, including sizing, fit, colour, fabrication, and delivery date. If the item does not suit or fit you upon arrival, our usual returns policy applies.

FAULTS

If you have received a faulty item or believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately. Please note: incorrect fit or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

An image of the fault is required in the returns portal before approval.
All orders are thoroughly inspected by our QC team prior to dispatch.
