Important TARIFF Update for US Customers

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and are then handed over to the local postal service upon arrival into the USA. Please be aware that all items shipped to the US will incur applicable tariffs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges will be applied by your local customs office upon entry to the US. You will then be notified via email or phone of the total amount to pay to confirm your purchase for delivery. If you do not agree to pay the tariff upon the parcel's arrival, please note a refund will not be issued. Upon making your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Shipments sent outside Australia are sold exclusive of GST and may be subject to import duties and taxes, which may be levied once your shipment reaches your country.

Our warehouse is located in Sydney, Australia. All orders placed before 1pm AEST will be dispatched by the close of business the next business day. All international orders are dispatched using a standard shipping service with Australia Post. All orders shipped with Australia Post will be delivered via your local postal service. For express service options, please contact us. 

Delivery outside of Australia costs a flat rate of $25.00 AUD for as many items as you purchase. Shipping is available to all countries, with some exceptions. If in doubt, please contact us. 

We ship worldwide and delivery times specified are an estimate only. For details of customs charges, please consult your own customs authorities for the latest rates. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

Pasduchas is not liable for your parcel once it is in possession of the freight company, both within Australia and internationally. If you are experiencing unusual delays, please directly contact the nominated freight service, quoting the tracking number provided by Pasduchas at the time of dispatch.
