Pasduchas accepts payment via Mastercard and Visa only using the payment form as prompted throughout the ‘check out’ stage of this site. Our secure payment gateway is Netregistry, one of Australia’s leading e-commerce merchants. This processes all Australian credit card transactions.


ORDER FULFILMENT

Pasduchas purchases are fulfilled within 2 business days of payment, Monday through to Friday – excluding holidays and are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Orders are sent out via Australia Post satchel within Australia only ( Please allow an extra 3 days travel for parcels delivering into rural areas ) – No international shipping. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed within the next 2 business days subject to availability. Orders will be shipped in full. If your order contains multiple items and one of them is a pre-order, the entire order will be held until all items are available, unless requested by the customer. Availability of products is not guaranteed. Once orders have been placed they cannot be cancelled. Pre-orders cannot be cancelled as they are made to order for our customers and are dispatched as soon as they are produced for the customer. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you via email. 


SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND

Please allow 1–2 business days for processing and handling of your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including your tracking number.

Pasduchas is not responsible for delays, loss, or damage that occurs during transit. If you experience any delivery issues, please contact Australia Post directly for all Australian orders and selected international orders. For international shipping enquiries, please contact us to confirm which shipping carrier was used for your order.

SHIPPING TO THE USA

Tariffs, duties, and taxes are now included — you will not incur any additional charges upon delivery.

All orders are shipped via Australia Post and handed over to the local postal service upon arrival in the USA.

All tariffs, duties, and taxes for US orders are covered by Pasduchas. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.

SHIPPING TO THE UK

Duties and taxes may be payable once your order arrives in your country and clears customs. For more information regarding delivery charges and import fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office prior to placing your order.

Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. If duties and taxes remain unpaid and the parcel is returned to sender, an additional shipping fee will be required to resend the order.

SHIPPING TO THE REST OF THE WORLD

Orders shipped outside Australia, New Zealand, and the USA are sent on a DDP excluded basis. Duties and taxes may be payable once your order arrives in your country and clears customs.

Shipments sent outside Australia, New Zealand, and the USA are sold exclusive of GST and may be subject to import duties and taxes once the shipment reaches its destination country. Click here to read more.

We ship to most countries worldwide, with some exceptions. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us.

For information regarding customs charges, please contact your local customs authority for current rates and regulations. Any additional customs clearance charges must be paid by the customer. Unfortunately, Pasduchas has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any customs-related costs under any circumstances.

Pasduchas is not liable for your parcel once it is in possession of the freight company both within Australia or internationally. If you are experiencing unusual delays please directly contact the nominated freighting service quoting the tracking number provided by Pasduchas at time of dispatch.


RETURNS, EXCHANGE & CREDIT NOTE POLICY

We want you to feel completely supported when choosing your Pasduchas piece.

While we do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases or incorrect size selections, we are happy to provide exchanges or store credits to help you find the perfect fit and style with ease.

Please note that Final Sale items are excluded from returns, exchanges, and store credits.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

  • We do not provide refunds for returns, including change-of-mind or incorrect size.

  • We offer exchanges through our returns portal for a new size or style (any balance will be issued via a credit note).

  • If you wish to return your item for a store credit will be issued via email. Store credits are valid for 12 months.

  • Returns back to Pasduchas are at the cost of the customer (you can purchase a return shipping label via the returns portal for a flat rate of $14.05 - AUS orders only).

  • Returns must be lodged through our returns portal within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns will not be accepted unless lodged through our returns portal.

  • Returned items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • If you have received a faulty item or believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately. (Please note: incorrect fit or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.)

  • If an item is damaged while being tried on, please contact us at info@pasduchas.com.au prior to returning it. If an item is returned damaged without prior notification, a $20 repair fee will be charged. If the repair fee remains unpaid, the item will be returned to the sender and no credit or exchange will be issued. If an item is returned damaged beyond repair, it will not be accepted for return.

EXCHANGES - AUSTRALIAN ORDERS ONLY

We offer exchanges via our returns portal for customers wishing to change their size or select an alternative style.

If you choose to exchange or use your credit to shop, the following will apply:

  • Exchanges are available for an alternative size or a different style. If the new item exceeds the original purchase price, the balance will need to be paid to secure the exchange. If the new item is of lesser value, any remaining balance will be issued as a credit note.  

  • Instant exchanges are available on Australian orders. A pre-authorisation fee will be held on your card and in the event your return isn't scanned within 14 days, you will be charged the full fee of your instant exchange item. 
  • Limit of 2 exchanges per order.

  • Please note we offer complimentary shipping to send out your exchange.

  • Your exchange will be sent once the original item has been received and processed by our team.

CREDIT NOTES

  • Credit notes will be issued via the returns portal and emailed once approved.

  • Credit notes that are not linked to an instant exchange will be issued once the return has been received and inspected.

  • Credit notes are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  • Credit notes have a 12-month expiration from the date of issue.

  • If you have misplaced a credit note issued to you, please email info@pasduchas.com.au

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We gladly offer exchanges or credit notes for international customers. These must be actioned via our returns portal.

  • Returns and exchanges shipped back to Pasduchas are at the customer’s expense and must be purchased outside the portal.

  • Exchanges shipped back to the customer will require an additional shipping fee, charged during the exchange process via the portal.

  • If you require your exchange to be sent prior to us receiving the returned item (e.g., you need it for an event), please reach out to info@pasduchas.com.au

  • Credit notes will be issued as outlined above.

  • Instant exchanges are not available for international orders.

SALE ITEMS

This applies to items marked down or purchased using a promotional code.

  • All sale items (not marked Final Sale or exchange only) can be exchanged for another size/style, subject to availability—or returned for a credit note.

  • Items marked Final Sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited.

  • Bundle Full-Priced Sets & Save 20% - Offer valid on selected full-priced matching sets only. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code. Discount is automatically applied at checkout when both eligible pieces are purchased in a single transaction. Terms are subject to change without notice.

PRE-ORDERS

While Pasduchas encourages you to secure our often-limited products, we ask that you commit to your pre-order. We do not accept cancellations or offer refunds once a pre-order has been placed.

Pre-order delivery windows are provided as estimates only and may be subject to change. Please consider all factors before finalising your pre-order, including sizing, fit, colour, fabrication, and estimated delivery date.

If your item is unsuitable upon arrival, it may be returned in accordance with our standard Returns Policy.

VIP PRE-LAUNCH

Limited sizes will be available during our VIP Pre-Launch period. Orders placed during our VIP Pre-Launch will be dispatched between 10 - 17 July 2026. Please note that VIP Pre-Launch orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed. If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact info@pasduchas.com.au.

FAULTS

If you have received a faulty item or believe your order is faulty, please contact us immediately. Please note: incorrect fit or normal wear and tear is not considered a fault.

An image of the fault is required in the returns portal before approval.
All orders are thoroughly inspected by our QC team prior to dispatch.
