All orders are shipped via Australia Post and are then handed over to the local postal service upon arrival into the USA. Please be aware that all items shipped to the US will have all tariffs, duties, and taxes paid for by Pasduchas. Upon making your purchase, you agree to these terms and conditions.

Our warehouse is located in Sydney, Australia. All orders placed before 1pm AEST will be dispatched by the close of business the next business day. All international orders are dispatched using a standard shipping service with Australia Post. All orders shipped with Australia Post will be delivered via your local postal service. For express service options, please contact us.

Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. We are unable to reimburse any costs incurred regardless of the circumstances.

If you are experiencing unusual delays, please directly contact the nominated freight service, quoting the tracking number provided by Pasduchas at the time of dispatch.
