ROLE - Casual Warehouse Assistant/Customer Service Assistant. 

DUTIES

• Respond to customer service emails that include general enquiries, order queries, return requests. 
• Pack and send online orders
• Manage warehouse stock levels (conduct regular stock counts, rearrange stock based on collection drops)
• Update stock for online platforms 
• Pull and pack bulk orders during despatch times 
• Receive incoming bulk shipments
• Perform QC checks on incoming garments
• Adhere to safety protocols 

REQUIREMENTS

• No previous warehouse experience needed - training will be on the job.
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills 
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts and hours as needed (may from week to week) Ideal shift is 9:30 - 12:30pm
  
• Understand and execute instructions from team leaders
• Must have a drivers license and car available
